– The item must be in its original condition and packaging, with all labels, tags, and accessories included.
– Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

– If the glass item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24hours of receipt.
– Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.
