1. Food Products

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of our food items (like pickles), we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • The product is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

In such cases, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

2. Handicrafts and Plants

We accept returns or offer replacements for arts and plant products only if:

  • The item is received damaged.

  • You receive an incorrect item.

All return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, along with unboxing videos or photos for verification.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return request is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
